I book marked these two little projects a while back with the intention of using up some of my pretty paper stash, but they both involved Mod Podge which I had never seen in craft shops here. I asked in my local craft shop if they could recommend anything that might do the same job, they mentioned that one of their suppliers had it and they could order it for me. Once I got my hands on it, I dug out the links for the paper projects and got to work.

You can get Mod Podge at Cork Art Supplies(.com). I think its around the tenner mark. That’s where I got mine! I am going to paint and then pattern my coffee table with it. A great weekened project!

when I was little my Mom used to get us to cover jam jar lids with paper we coloured in (ahem, “designed”!) and then she’d give out jam, with our artistic lids as presents and such… this has has brought back lovely little memories!

I love these jampots - definitely a project for some rainy Saturday. Have a look at Rachel Allen Favourite Food At Home which has a lovely section on edible gifts. Those jars are the perfect wrapping.
