The first duvet cover I ever bought was in 1979 - a Snoopy one saying, 'happiness is settling down for a long winters nap'. It was made of really nice cotton. At this stage, as you can imagine, it is well well faded, but you can still see Snoopy and the writing. Patrick always loved it. I always put this faded cover on his bed when he came home. Recently he asked me could he have it. I reluctantly gave it to him! I definitely can see the family resemblance.
